Please join us for our online September monthly chapter meeting presented by Jan Ogren, a licensed psychotherapist, storyteller, and international author. This workshop will provide 2 CEs (free for chapter members, $20 for non-chapter members).

Title:
Helping Clients Integrate Their Spiritual Experiences Into Their Daily Lives

Description:
Research has shown that religion and spirituality are highly valued by clients, yet rarely explored in psychotherapy. This workshop will present techniques and tools, including the love fountain meditation, which you can use to help clients increase the spiritual support in their lives. We will also explore the differences between psychic and psychotic experiences. There will be time for questions and brief case consultations at the end.

Learning Objectives:
- Identify three main differences between psychotic and psychic experiences.
- Learn specific techniques for guiding clients to have healthier spiritual relationships with themselves.
Identify and Explore your biases related to exploring a client's spirituality.
- Practice the Love Fountain technique as a foundational tool for yourself and clients.
