Biography:  

Clark Marshall is a Health Education and Training Program Coordinator for the Office of Problem Gambling (OPG), Center for Healthy Communities, California Department of Public Health. Clark has worked for the State of California for over 20 years. Before coming to OPG, he worked on a variety of HIV prevention programs for the Office of AIDS, HIV disease management programs with the Department of Health Care Services, and mental health prevention programs for the Mental Health Oversight and Accountability Commission. Clark is also a Marriage and Family Therapist and is licensed in both California and Oregon treating individuals, couple and families.
