SWRC Presenter: Nicol Stolar-Peterson, LCSW has over 11 years of experience working with CPS as an investigator, a forensic interviewer and a foster/adoption trainer and adoptions social worker. Her private practice opened in 2009 and "Stolar Counseling and Consultation" primarily focuses on Family Law issues. Nicol is a child custody evaluator in Riverside County and also offers Co-Parenting Boot-Camp. Ms Stolar-Peterson will speak about Child Abuse & Dealing with CPS
Child Abuse reporting, response time and outcomes. An overview of the juvenile dependency process today, and the newer implications for CPS (exigency, warrants, trafficking, non-minor foster care, KATIE A. lawsuit).
